Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. I understand that emergencies happen — just reach out and we'll work something out.
Booking Deposits
Outcall sessions and new client appointments may require a deposit to hold your time slot. The deposit is applied to your session balance and is fully refundable with 24+ hours notice of cancellation.
