How do I know which service to book?

If you're unsure, just reach out and I'll help you choose. In general: for stress and tension relief, book Relaxation. For chronic pain, muscle tightness, or injury recovery, book Neuromuscular. If you're an athlete or train regularly, Sports Massage is the right fit. Not sure? Text me and we'll figure it out.

What should I wear / bring?

Nothing special required. You'll undress to your comfort level and be draped professionally throughout the session. For outcall, just have a quiet, clear space available. I bring everything else.

How often should I get a massage?

For general wellness and stress management, every 2–4 weeks is common. For active recovery or addressing chronic pain, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are often more effective. We can discuss a plan that fits your goals and schedule.

Do you work with medical conditions or injuries?

Many conditions are safe to work with, though some require physician clearance. Please mention any health conditions, injuries, or medications when booking and I'll let you know if there are any considerations.
